“DIPTI” fenders are manufactured by compression moulding process at very
high pressure of 1000 to 3000 tons load, which is much better and
advanced technology than the ancient extrusion process, resulting in
zero porosity / bubble free moulding of fenders.
“DIPTI” fenders are manufactured from different type of rubber compound
according to the requirements of site conditions.
These compounds are made of purest form of natural rubber or high
abrasion resistant synthetic rubbers like Neoprene, SBR, EPDM, Butyl and
Polyurethane having excellent U.V resistance, resistance to ozone aging,
resistance to sea water and extreme climate conditions from very low
ambient temperature to very high ambient temperatures prevailing in
global berthing locations.
